Okay, second quarter was ridiculous. I was so overwhelmed. It felt worst than first quarter.. Once again, I put aside CAPSTONE and so it all piled up. Along with that, I had Japanese work, broadcast work, and 39498230492380492 essays to write for other classes. Not too mention trying to balance my social life and work. I really have to learn how to manage my time, cause this is getting way too ridiculous. At one point, I was talking to Bryan and we both planned to quit and not do anything. Yes, that's how bad it was. I managed to finalize my topic, and have create a strong outline. Research was a problem, but I don't think it is anymore. The essay was the hardest part, writing a 5 page paper in 2 nights is super stressful, especially because I cant stop thinking about Winter Fantasy..
I know I said I didn't want to be overwhelmed this quarter, but it happened and it sucked. I really don't want it to happen next quarter. So much for a chill senior year, probably my hardest year ever!

First Quarter
First quarter was really stressful. All the work was piling up and just overwhelmed me at the end of the quarter. I put the CAPSTONE work aside and that too piled up. I was so stressed the last couple weeks of the quarter because I procrastinated. In the end, I chose my topic and found my mentor. I managed to finish all the required documents during my fall break.
I need to stop procrastinating and work on my time management. I don't plan on being overwhelmed and experiencing stress again in the 2nd quarter.

a. Anxiety and anticipation: What are you most stressed about this project? What are you most excited about?
I am really scared about the research paper. But even before I can worry about that, I am stressing over my topic and what my Essential Question should be. I want it to be a really strong one so everything else comes easy. I am pretty excited about doing my final product. Should be exciting and something that will really help me in the future.
b. What in your life and experience has shaped your passion?
Actually not what, but who; My dad. I've grown up around him and cameras and that's all he taught me. I've learned so much from him; all this media stuff, my life skills, etc.
And also my opportunities, all the experiences that I've been through really shaped me into a creative, artsy person.
c. What kind of learner are you? What learning experiences have had the greatest impact on your learning?
I'm a hands on learner. I hate learning from books, hate it. I like to be in the field doing things, rather than sitting in an office or what not. I think the greatest experience was being to shadow professionals such as Ben Leong, Kyler Kwock, etc.
d. Anything else it would be helpful (or interesting :) for me to know about you as we embark on this Capstone adventure.
None that comes to mind. Just find out, aha.
